CARAMEL APPLES
Instructions:
In crock pot combine caramels and water. Cover, cook on high 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir often. Wash and dry apples. Insert stick into stem end of apple. Turn to low. Dip apple into hot caramel and turn to coat. Hold apple above pot, scrape off excess caramel from bottom of apple. Place on waxed paper to cool. You can sprinkle each apple with your favorite candy.
ROTEL (CON QUESO) DIP
Instructions:
Melt Velveeta over low heat; mix in tomatoes until warm. Enjoy as a dip for tortilla chips. Also if you are on a budget, 2 cans of Cheddar cheese soup can substitute for Velveeta.
“HANDY” HALLOWEEN POPCORN SNACKS FOR KIDS
Instructions:
Into each finger in glove place 1 candy corn (for “fingernail) Poke popcorn down each finger and into the palm to make a “hand”. Twist tie shut. (or if you want to be fancy, use ribbon and curl.)
WORM DIRT PUDDING CUPS
Instructions:
In a plastic lunch bag, add Oreo cookies, zip closed, sealing out air, then crush cookies, with hands, rolling pin, or put in food chopper to crush.
Sprinkle crushed cookies on top of opened pudding cups, add gummy worms to top or partially buried in cookie crumbs.
